First of all, Raggia, a very common cultivar from the Marche region in the province of Ancona, with greater concentration in the municipalities of Monte San Vito, Morro d’Alba and, precisely, Ostra. From this variety we obtain an oil with a slightly almond harmonious fruity, mainly sweet, with a bitter and spicy hint, golden yellow in color, with a high content of oleic acid. The Morbidelli family also produces wine, relying on some owned vineyards.
